Acceptable Forms Of Media

Materials making up the visual portion of your report may be in the following formats:

• Computer Picture Files (jpg, gif, bmp, png, etc.)

• Video Files

• Regular Photos (If absolutely necessary)

Note:  Picture files may be in PowerPoint format if preferred.

The spoken portion of your report may be submitted as follows:

• Computer Audio Recording Of You Delivering The Report

• Text Of Report Submitted For Recording

Note:  If possible, send at least a recording of pastor signing off on report ("Respectfully Submitted, Pastor's Name Here")

Time Limit & Deadline

Visual reports may be no longer than 2 1/2 minutes.

Per Dr. Rogers' instruction, reports exceeding this limit will be edited for time.  Please ensure that your report falls under the time limit before submitting materials.

Deadline for submission of materials is Sunday, May 13.

Methods Of Submission

Materials may be compiled onto CD, DVD, or Flash Drive and mailed to:

Note:  If you wish to submit a different form of media than listed above, contact Pastor Brian for approval.  Any materials that you want returned should be clearly marked and noted as such!

Materials may also be emailed to farmer@onlinefilefolder.com.

Note:  Files sent by email can add up to no more than 20 MB per email, due to technical limitations.  Each individual file emailed must be clearly labeled with the name of your church!
