Notes

• Offerings collected will go to this year's District Youth Mission Project to purchase materials for the District Youth Mission Trip in 2012.

• Ink cartridges will be collected to defray the cost of future Youthquake events.

• Collected cartridges may be submitted to the District Office, Jenny Wiseman, Debbie Moody, or Faithe Haeck.

• Josh Butler, Brittany Wombles, and Katlyn Etheridge were each awarded a $10 registration discount at last year's NMI Convention.

Worker Requirements

• 21 Years Old OR Paid Church Staff

• College-Age Interns/Workers Must Obtain Prior Approval From Event Director

• Must Include Background Check (2 Years Old Or More Recent) With Registration Form
