An ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene, Rev. Joel Tooley has served as a missionary with NYI & Global Missions in the Mesoamerica region since 2006, developing and training youth leaders and missionaries.

Joel & his wife, Pam, have four children: Allison (11), Nicolas (8), Annikah (5), and Paulina (3).
